Scott's Performance Automotive Repair opened its doors in 1988 in a shop at Scott's house. When Scott's daughter (last of three children) entered kindergarden, the shop was moved to a 1,250-square-foot rented space. After 3 years of growth, Scott decided to move to a larger shop in an industrial area.
The shop's customer base is solid, with people driving past the competition to get to Scott's Performance Automotive. The business utilizes the latest in diagnostic tools and service equipment in its 6,700-square-foot facility. It utilizes online parts ordering and computers in the bays for better service.
